This topper provides very little support and is virtually worthless. I could have purchased a similar topper from any number of sources, gotten the same or better product at half the price! When I complained, I was told it was a final sale item and nothing could be done. Buyer Beware!

I recently purchased this mattress topper, hoping to add some comfort to my old mattress. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of money. The topper is far too thin and barely provides any support. Instead of the plush, comfortable feel I was expecting, it feels like I'm sleeping on a lumpy surface. The material also seems cheap and poorly made. After just a couple of nights, it started to sag and lose its shape. To make matters worse, it has a strange chemical smell that hasn't gone away, even after airing it out for a week. I've had better experiences with other brands in the past, and I regret buying this known brand. Save your money and look elsewhere if you're looking for quality and comfort. This product is a big disappointment.

I don't know if I got a defective item, or if this is just an overhyped product, but I have had gotten very poor sleep since I bought this topper. It didn't make the mattress more comfortable, and it is really not worth the spend. Moreover, there is no customer support from the company, they didn't even entertain the notion that it could be defective, because I would have been willing to accept an exchange of this same item. Save your money and buy from a company that stands behind their products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the Adapt Topper enhanced my sleeping experience but didn't quite meet my expectations based on the reputation of the brand. Perhaps 4" would have served me better. The AT from Tempur did out perform the topper from Nectar. I'm 5'8" and 147lbs. I purchased the AT directly during a 40% sale. Shipping was responsive. Honestly, it's worth the purchase at the sale price but IMO, not at the retail price.
