Too plush and uneven

Our topper is higher on one side than the other and it feels too plush and I sleep on plush beds. We got this because our bed was too firm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually pretty poor experience. The item was delivered and not even used, I was told it was a bit firmer , however it's very soft. I was adding this to my existing tempurpedic mattress to make it firmer, however the opposite occurred. If you like a firmer mattress feel, you'll need to put this on the ground or platform bed without a mattress. I tried to return it, however I was told returns are not possible. So I'm stuck with this king sized mattress topper Pretty disappointed.

I recently got the adapt topper because my cheaper one was starting to give me back pain, after only having it for 2 years. This one is great! It's holding its shape well and stays in place and no more back pain!

I have had back pain with our mattress for quite some time. I have tried other mattress toppers that have not helped me get rest full sleep, and I wake up with back pain. I bought this because of the 40% off sale. I have had mostly good nights, most of my back pain has improved. The only complaint I have is the "better" topper went on sale the week after I bought this one and with the reviews that one had I am sad I didn't wait
