[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This topper is excellent. It totally transformed my bed, it's so comfortable now. The foam is dense so it doesn't collapse like other toppers I've tried in the past. It's a very high quality product. Simple to unwrap and use.

I have placed this over my firm mattress that was causing me so much back pain, and all of my pain has gone away. I was a little skeptical when it said "soft" but it truly forms to your body when you use it. I have used it for a little over a month now and it's amazing, hoping it'll stay in great condition. I will say I don't see much of a cooking effect from it, which I would've loved even more. Long story short I say buy it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tempurpedic sent the wrong size product so we never used it. Couldn't tell you how it works. It was advertised as a medium firmness. Just pushing on it it seemed soft not medium. We did get a refund, so that was nice. Unfortunately, Tempurpedic did not send a return label. We were told to donate it. Nice thought but in our area no one will take a mattress product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] not fun to have to remake the bed every day. the straps are very weak and too narrow to hold the topper in place. straps sewn on only to topper's zippered cover- no wonder it slips & slides way past edge of mattress. one ends up having to pop up the fitted bottom sheet in order to reposition topper every day/night. i'm going to buy as wide elastic as i can find (3 inch minimum) and take topper's cover to shoe repair shop where very strong sewing machine available. so... yes and no I recommend the product. yes-it's cozy comfortable. no-it's too much baby-sitting the poorly designed strap supports.
