Way softer than described, not nearly as much support as described for how expensive it is and can't even return it for a refund. They should be ashamed of themselves. Don't waste your money if your looking for a topper that provides very good support because there's does not.

I don't like it as much as the one I purchased 8 years back. The quality is not as nice, the casing is cheaper quality, the cover does not zipper the entire topper, my first topper has a full casing cover that protects the topper fully, the actual topper is bendy, not firm, the quality is less than what I have purchased in the past. I am disappointed in the overall quality, not the best standard.

Great and very comfortable topper, but it came torn on the zipper and in the middle which was pretty disappointing. The cover is now not able to be removed or fully zipped up.
