I did not care for this topper. I completely sank and therefore found it impossible to sleep on my side. My body sunk way below my pillow height as it was which would have given me a severe neck ache. I called to see what I could do and was told that there are no returns or exchanges. This was a waste of a good chunk of money unfortunately.

We purchased an Adapt-Topper for our Tempur-pedic mattress. We didn't like it and decided to return it. Buried at the end of a multiple page scroll down was one sentence that said this could not be returned. I didn't scroll down that far past the puff about what a great product this is. The reason according to the Company is that this is a personal product. And a mattress, which is returnable, is NOT a personal product. This is simply spin to cover their greed and dishonesty. Don't buy from this outfit! There are other customer focused, honest and ethical companies making these products.

We lived with it all last year, but this year we added the 4 inch topper and it has changed the bed entirely! It's now more comfortable than my ridiculously expensive home mattress with the crazy costly topper.(which by the way does next to nothing) It did have a chemically smell right out of the box, but after three days of airing out was fine. I'm glad to see that Tempur-pedic has some level of green certification so that you don't feel poisoned by your good nights sleep.

I won't sleep on any other topper or mattress. I've had my original topper for 20 years. It's still in good shape and helps with my chronic pain. I have had 2 of their neck pillows and they really help my neck pain. I look forward to getting in bed when my neck is hurting. The pillow helps with getting my neck in the right position.

The purchase of this mattress topper was for the guest room so I have not slept on it. However, recent guests rated it as "very good" and "very comfortable," giving them an excellent nights' rest. I am happy with my purchase so far and hope that future guests have similar experiences. The mattress by itself is very firm and uncomfortable so this has made a big difference.
