[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TEMPUR-Adapt Topper has given my bed a refresh. It is the perfect amount of cushy support. It replaces the TEMPUR-PEDIC topper I've had for 10years; it had become permanently compressed on my side of the bed. I'm so glad I stuck with the brand I know vs. taking a chance on any alternative.

I bought topper product thinking it would help with my back pain but it did not to make a difference. I contacted the company since I am not satisfied with the product. THEY WILL NOT TAKE THE ITEM BACK OR REFUND YOU. YOU GET WHAT YOU GET. No help in even offering anything to you.

I ordered a Queen and was sent a King. We tried to sleep on it one night even though our bedding barely fit around it. We had the worst sleep. We felt like we were being suffocated and it didn't provide much support. I purchased it without much concern because of the 90 day satisfaction guarantee listed all over the website. Maybe that was bad on me for not clicking into the fine print, but it's very misleading that it's featured so prominently and makes it seem like it applies to every product. When I contacted customer service after several back and forth emails they said they could ship me a queen since they sent the incorrect product, but that's not helpful because we weren't able to sleep on it. So, I'm out the money, no product as we can't use it so I put it in the bulk area where hopefully someone else in my apartment building can use it.

This topper is great for softening up a too-firm bed. It sleeps really hot though. Instead of waking up from pain I'm waking up with night sweats. Might have to search for a different topper unfortunately.

I felt like I was being wrapped in a tortilla with my neck kinked. I was very frustrated that it couldn't be returned. I cannot sleep on it at all.
