Not worth the money

This topper is too soft and really doesn't feel like you are on a Tempur-pedic at all, can't return as per policy so I am stuck with it.

This was great to start but have been using for about a month now and it is already sinking in the areas we lay and is lot as firm as queen topper purchased previously.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a Tempurpedic mattress in the past and bought this mattress topper, without hesitation, to put on top of a memory foam mattress. It turned out to be too soft. I tried sleeping on it for four nights (poorly) before giving it away to a friend's daughter as I couldn't return it.

Enveloping and hot

A lot of sink into the topper which envelops you. Very movement restricting but does offer decent support. Purchased the topper with the optional cool cover which didn't help. Sleeps very hot. Would not recommend if you sleep hot especially since Tempurpedic is one of the few companies that don't offer returns. Would have returned this topper if we could have. A very pricey mistake.

Cal king is too short on the sides

Don't purchase this item if you have a California King. I was trying to replace an old pad from a competitor and thought this would be perfect. Received the pad and, after letting it sit to expand 48 hours, it was 5" short on the sides. I contacted customer service and was told it was a defective cut. They sent a replacement and same issue. Must be bad batch or they're deliberately making them shorter to save costs. Now it's been a month since my initial order and I have requested a refund. Very disappointed.
