[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm reluctant to leave this review because this has more to do with customer service than the product. We love our topper It's unbelievably comfortable. Unfortunately the packaging is wrapped so tightly that I had to use a scissor to open and I accidentally cut a small sliver on the top of the matress topper. I wrote to customer service and added a photo. I wanted to know how I should repair this so it doesn't rip any more. I never heard back :(

King size Topper, not king-sized, buyer beware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This king sized topper was only 73"x77", not their advertised size of 75"x79". Their customer service team said that this 2" difference in dimension both top-to-bottom and side-to-side was an "acceptable industry standard deviation". This is false advertising. So know that this topper and I assume all the other sizes will not fully cover your existing mattress.

Be careful when ordering this topper. The returns are not accepted. Small hidden text on the bottom of the page way below the fold. Not mentioned in the checkout. Topper was too soft for us. Customer service is not helpful. Website claims: 90-Night Trial* If you don't love it in the first 90 nights, you can send it back. But then not for the topper. Order on amzn at least amzn has better return policy.

When I purchased it, I didn't realize that mattress toppers weren't returnable and didn't have a guarantee. The quality of the topper itself is nice, but it doesn't work for us functionally.

Incredibly Uncomfortable with no Remedy from Tempur-Pedic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress was far too soft for my sleeping style, leaving my arms to go numb at night. I attempted to return only to discover that there was no possibility of this, nor was there the possibility of an exchange for a different product available to me. Given the amount I paid, the poor sleeping experience, and the lack of remedy from Temper-Pedic, I whole heartedly cannot recommend this brand nor their customer service to anyone seeking to purchase a product of theirs. I will hold in reserve a final judgment of the company and their business practices in case they make an attempt to making things right upon receiving this review.
