We have a king size bed and with this mattress topper, my wife and I sink towards the middle of the bed to where we are laying slanted. It is really uncomfortable and depressing considering how much it cost. I wish I could go back and NOT buy this.

Tempur started out as the best bed most comfortable bed i could find. I've had multiple back operations. Quality has gone down hill. Topper started coming apart at the four year mark. Will see if Tempur stands by their 10 year warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a tempur-pedic mattress in 2003 which I still have in a spare bedroom. It is extremely comfortable. I bought a different brand mattress in 2015 which has been uncomfortable from the start. I unfortunately did not have the resources to purchase a new temper-pedic mattress so I decided to try the topper. I am extremely satisfied with the comfort .... it is amazing :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this topper to replace a 12 year old topper. The Tempur-Adapt Topper arrived quickly and was easy to set up. The cover did have a couple of holes in it and when I called and uploaded pictures, I was quickly given a code for a free replacement. I thought that it was going to be a replacement cover but they replaced the entire topper. I kept waiting for the replacement to arrive and it never did. I called back and apparently it was a shipping company issue and they once again gave me a code to re-order the replacement. It arrived quickly and was in perfect shape. The topper is very comfortable. It isn't quite as firm as my old one but it didn't take me long to adjust to it. The straps that hold it on to my mattress to keep it from sliding around is a great plus. I would highly recommend this product and the customer service can't be beat.
