Defective, and they won't replace

Absolutely do not purchase from this company. They sent me a mattress topper that is about 3 inches too small off the top of my bed (fits everywhere else). Customer service won't help in replacing it, I've completely lost trust in this business.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have been unhappy with our mattress since we bought it 4 years ago, and haven't been able to justify spending on yet another (we've tried quite a few over the years) so we took a stab with this topper and are very happy we did. We've had it for a few weeks now and actually look forward to going to bed and have been getting deeper sleep for longer stretches since. I'm also traditionally a hot sleeper but have not had any problems since adding this either though we opted for the non-cooling version. Full disclosure, we did also add an inexpensive quilted mattress pad at the same time for a little added fluff, and this combo has been a game changer for us.

Very soft, very hot

This topper is soft, but it is way too hot. There is no way I will be able to use it in summer. Also, there is no way to return it. I will not purchase anything from Tempur-pedic again due to this poor policy.

In 2022 I purchased a Tempur-pedic topper for a rental unit I have. It was the Tempur Supreme. It's great! In 2023 I needed another topper, so I went back to Tempur-pedic and purchased the topper. This time it was the Tempur Adapt. Now I am in need of a topper for my own bed, so I went to my rental unit to test the topper I purchased in 2023. Oh my! This topper is horrible! It's the softest thing I ever slept on; I sank right in and couldn't move. I went to the other rental to check the 2022 topper, and that one is wonderful. Firm but soft. Tempur-pedic: I will not be purchasing any more toppers from you until you bring back the Tempur Supreme. Or at least offer a choice between too-soft and medium/firm. So so so disappointed.

Rather than replace the mattress, I decided to get the TEMPUR-Adapt Topper. Now the mattress is perfect! I am very glad I made this purchase.

Unfortunate

As much as I would love to give this 5 stars, it unfortunately didn't help me. I however do not blame the product for this. My mother owns the full tempur mattress and it's some of the best sleep I've had since being injured. I have struggled with back pain since 2008 when I got back from the sandbox and would love nothing more than to own the mattress as a whole. I saw this topper and had to at least give it a shot so I could sleep in my bed again, but unfortunately the topper wasn't the same as the mattress so back to the couch it is. Hopefully one day I'll be able to get the mattress and finally get that relief. I will say that my wife and daughter absolutely love it so please don't let my personal experience sway your decision they make a great product I just need more than the topper.
