Soft but Supportive

The topper is fine however they don't take the same pride in the topper cover. I received the king size version and when I looked closely at the cover I discovered 3 holes in the cover. I notified them about the holes and they asked me to send pictures. I sent the pictures and used a pen to point out the holes. They sent back saying they don't see the holes. I resent the pictures using a closeup of the holes and again they said they didn't see the holes. All I wanted was to get a replacement cover not the hole topper. Their customer service really doesn't care about me. The topper is great but I expected a cover without any holes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I anticipated this would be heavy and difficult to get into the house. I was wrong. I was able to easily get it in and opened it up. I could not wait to get it on my mattress. It helped to ease some of my aches and pains that I have felt for quite some time. This product is worth the money.

Misleading loyal customer with the low quality topper

I purchased 2 toppers before which has very good material with pressure relief, but this one is very soft and light, no presssure relief function. It caused back pain. Looks like they used cheap material and advertised for the only topper with customer reviews same price before and misleading customer as the same product. Be careful but online. Their customer service and escalation management have also low quality, the only thing they told me is if you buying online, no exchange no refund. They can not do anything. What a disappointment! I bought one king mattress and 2 toppers in the past, this time the experience was so bad, would like to share.

Not what I expected

I was (mistakenly) under the impression that these were good support. Imagine my surprise when I get 3"of squishy foam that I sank so far into it was hard to turn over or move around. I have a tempurpedic pillow that I love. Not squishy at all. I called and was told No , these toppers are only for too firm beds. I don't remember reading that anywhere. At any rate, not returnable, not usable for me, I gave it to someone in my apt complex. A very expensive mistake. I'll be reading ad copy more thoroughly from now on.

I've owned several TEMPUR toppers. This one seems very soft, like a non TEMPUR topper. Feels like one you would buy at a red retailer for a lot less money. Because it is so soft, you really sink down into it. I'm 120 lbs so if I'm sinking most adults are sinking too. We are trying to buy other things to put on top of it but it's truly a disappointment.
