It has been a huge help in my husband's back pain and my hip pain. It's firm and light at the same time. We needed to use customer support and they were fantastic! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's softer than I was expecting.. I will wake up with my back hurting after 2-4 hrs. I'm not sure if it's because it is soft or what. It's hard for me to roll from side to side. For me, it's pretty warm. I would say most of my issues are just me. It is very comfortable, especially when I first lay down. My husband has no complaints, but he did mention one time that he thought he could get pretty warm on it.

We are getting a great night's sleep with our new topper. I especially like the bands that hold the corners to the mattress. Other toppers would slide around. The quality of this topper is really great. Very well made. My husband was having back issues with our old mattress. This topper has made if possible for him to get a good nights sleep. We are enjoying our sleep so much better now.
