I have 6 tempur-pedic toppers and one mattress. The quality and experience are just much less than my previous purchases. I'm very disappointed. I've relied on Tempur-pedic for years. I've recommended TP to anyone who would listen. It seems like the density has been sacrificed. Like most other quality products company will keep making money riding on name only not quality.

This topper has given the bed (and the recipient) a whole new air of comfort. I appreciate the elastic corners to help hold the topper in place. The package was about 30lbs but was still fairly easy to lift up a flight of stairs. It was extremely easy to unbox and place on the mattress, did not have a strong scent, and reached its full size within a few hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried another brand topper but ...it came with instructions which noted the outer liner could not be washed (only spot cleaned), it had a chemical smell (which didn't go away after several weeks of airing; lingered on my hair and pajamas), and the crackle sound it made with very little movement made it unbearable. We already had a Tempur-Pedic mattress and loved it, so... we ordered a Tempur-Pedic Topper and it met all our expectations (price was actually slightly less than the other brand), outer liner is completely washable, it doesn't have a lingering chemical smell, and is completely quiet when one of us moves. TEMPUR-PEDIC FROM NOW ON!!!
