Instead of 4-6 hours a night I am now getting 8-9 hours of sleep. No more tossing and turning to try to get comfortable, it's like sleeping on a cloud! I can't believe the difference it's made to my life. I wish I had bought this years ago. The mattress it sits on is a good quality one but nothing like the Tempur-Pedic topper. If you're thinking of buying one of these do it now, you won't be disappointed.
