It's hard to know what kind of product works best for your needs. Having no return policy puts all the risk on the consumer. I have found this product to be overwhelmingly warm and have not slept well with it. I don't consider myself a hot-sleeper but this topper has no breathability. I would suggest anything else if you are unsure if this is the right product for you.

The cover tends to bunch/wrinkle which causes the fitted sheet to do the same. Plus, we have a standard queen mattress but the topper doesn't quite go to the edges of the mattress. It makes the mattress feel smaller bc of that little "step" from the topper down to the mattress. It would be MUCH better if it went slightly over the edges of the mattress. I bought it thinking it could help my lower back pain, which it hasn't. Even though it's comfortable, I don't think I'd buy it if I had to do it over.

I wish the same topper was available but with 4 inches instead of 3. Pain is better, it works well. I just wish a 4 inch option was available to purchase.

I'm so glad I have this topper. No more sore spots and no more aching back. I shopped around for a long time, and while there were some positive reviews on other products, this one stood out as possibly being the best. I'm now thoroughly convinced that it is. I look forward to getting into bed every night and waking up completely rested. I definitely recommend this, it's awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot express my extreme delight over this topper! I suffer from neck and back issues as well as fibromyalgia and insomnia. At first, I was skeptical, because I ve tried many other toppers, but Tempurpedic is far superior to others! From the first night I tried it, I slept comfortably and soundly with less need for pain medication. I jokingly call my topper my "cloud from heaven". Thank you for making this incredible product! Sleep is essential to rest and regenerate and prior to my Tempurpedic topper, I felt constantly exhausted. With a condition with fibromyalgia, I experience pain and fatigue regularly, but now I can rest in comfort and enjoy better quality of sleep. Sometimes, I find myself choosing to watch a movie from my bed instead of sofa because I enjoy the comfort of my topper so much! I highly recommend it to anyone with pain who wants to enjoy more comfort and a better night of sleep!

The topper was good for my wife, but uncomfortable for me. I bought it with the understanding there was a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. I called customer service to ask for a return, but they clarified that was only for bed products, not toppers. After reading the website, I can see where that is accurate. I sure wish that would have been more clear about when the topper was ordered.
