[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very comfortable. My only complaint is the corner straps are not long enough to go under my very thick mattress. Because of this my mattress topper slides down the bed. I pull it back in place each morning. It has made my hips and shoulders much more comfortable!

I am surprised though how much more body heat is retained compared to just my hybrid pillow-top mattress. Per Tempur instruction, I did not reuse my mattress pad to ensure I was getting all the pressure relief from the topper. The first week I sweat like never before. Now the comforter has gone; covering with only a flat sheet and a thin blanket has my temperature back in balance.

I was very disappointed as I've been told how everything Tempurpedic is amazing. Not! My back is still hurting after sleeping on it for 3.5 weeks. I called in to customer service and was told "sorry", we are a no waste company. I think you need to worry about customers satisfaction more than no waste!

I couldn't afford to put another one in my second home and thought I would try the tempurpedic topper. It works perfect and is very comfortable. I don't wake up all night with hip pain with the new topper, and it's perfect. I would definitely recommend to friends.

I got a different Tempur-pedic topper a few years ago. It's great, has body and bounce back, provides support, and seems to be 3 inches thick. The new one I received seems thinner than 3 inches and is so mushy. It feels like it's made of a different substance. We had it on the bed all day to let it unfold and fluff up. That night, we were on it for half an hour and had to unmake the bed and take off the topper because our backs and necks hurt already. I'm disappointed that I can't return it. I don't recommend it. I wish I could have another of the older model.
