[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, we had high hopes to soften a harder mattress. The topper slides and becomes uncomfortable during the night. The return policy makes it cost prohibitive to send back as well. Disappointed overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a very old bed and am not in the position to buy a new bed yet but I had developed a bulging disc and my mattress wasn't helping. I did some research and came across the mattress topper. I kept my eye on it and when there was a sale I scooped it up and I feel like I have a whole new bed. It has been a great help for my back and I am able to go to physical therapy instead of surgery. The only reason I can't give it five stars is that I wish it were more on the firm side or that there was a choice for a firmer option.

I recently ordered this topper hoping to help increase the comfort of my aging bed. Unfortunately, this product was much softer than expected. It just does not have the same density as their bedding material. What a disappointment! I immediately called the service and explained that I would like to return and get a much firmer version if available. I was informed that the item is not returnable. Now I just got stuck with a topper that has no use! I won't be buying anything from them in future.

The first box was damaged and the Tempur-Pedic was split open. I called customer service and without even finishing my sentence they said will send you out another one on us. They were so easy to work with. This is why I always choose Tempur-pedic. Sleep as crucial to your health. You won't regret buying this if it helps your sleep.
