great expectation - disappointing reality

Delivery: The product arrived with a broke box. it was poorly wrapped inside. the wrap was not even covering the entire product. It is stinky and the cover was damaged. it is sounds like an used item put in a box. No papers inside such as warranty, instructions..just an borken box with a piece of rubber poorly wrapped I have pictures if anyone interested Usage: I have used just one night and I won't use it anymore. it is definitively too soft which caused lobar pain. During the night it gets heating and it is impossible to sleep. IT WAS DEFINITIVELY A BAD PURCHASE. not close to what advertised and of course not accepting returns. It means money lost
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It has made a huge difference in our quality of sleep, as well as helped to reduce our different aches and pains. I can't recommend this mattress topper enough, especially as a side sleeper!

I am currently a college student living in the dorm life and those mattress that are provided by the universitys are something different. With this temper pedic mattress topper delivered straight to my dorm, I have used it every night for about 4 months and it has completely changed my quality of life. I have been getting more and deeper sleep and it was so good I bought one for my girlfriend as well and she has had the same experience. Plus, with the random back pains I would get, I do not anymore!
