[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using several toppers such as other foam and feather this is by far the most comfortable. Really makes my bed feel like a cosy hotel bed. Very happy with my purchase. I have no issues with it. I thought it seemed a bit thin but really moulds around your body. I'm like Goldilocks when it comes to my bed I need it just right and this does the trick, worth a try with the guarantee I've had it for over a month now and love it!

I have called several times and they said there's nothing that they can do. The pillow is too firm and the topper is too soft. very unsatisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a king topper for the older mattress in our guest bedroom and a twin for a college student. My guests told me the king topper "sinks" a little too much so I'm thinking it too thick?? The college student got a topper from her father so the twin I purchased wasn't needed. It was still in the original box not even opened and Tempur Pedic would not take it back. I understand the need for the no return policy on an opened/used topper however this was unopened and untouched and would be returned in the exact same everything as it was delivered. I feel like there should be exceptions for unopened products so I'm disappointed Tempur-Pedic would not budge and I now have this expensive twin topper that I don't have a use for.
