[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I blind bought this because Tempur-Pedic is a good brand. I also purchased it because it was the softest topper they had (according to their website and customer service). Welp! It might as well be firm because I do not sink into this mattress at all. For reference I'm 5'4" and 125lbs. I purchased a less expensive mattress 7 years ago and it was 10 times better than this. I am highly disappointed and do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for back support and firmness. Within a week it had valleys and no support. It turned out to be worthless. It might work for a child's bed. But, anyone that is 155lbs - 165 lbs, will probably get the same result I did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Choosing this topper was a very unfortunate and costly mistake on my part. I purchased it because of the reviews, but unfortunately I am not experiencing what others claim. I still cannot sleep on my sides as this topper doesn't alleviate my shoulder pain - which is the reason for my purchase. In addition, my hips seem to sink lower than other parts of my body, leaving me feeling like I'm in a "V" shape. I now have neck pain, which I haven't had in years, and can only get somewhat comfortable laying on my back. There is no trial period and Tempur-Pedic won't refund a topper (unlike many other companies) despite my pain and discomfort. I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received fully packed topper. I opened and unfolded and waited 24 hours to fully expand. It was ready to use but I still waited. I put on top of my daybed. The cover was soft but I still added another sheet on top (just personal preference). For me the topper is not too soft and not too firm, definitely premium quality topper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product! I bought a Tempur-pedic topper 10 years ago to soften a mattress that was too hard. Although it was still pretty comfortable, I am so glad I decided to replace it. I'm not sure if the product has changed, but it seems to have extra layers of extra soft material now. I have a chronic pain condition, and I am waking up nearly pain-free for the first time in years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I are not happy with the topper. We are constantly having to pull it over to one side or the other because it seems to slide every night as we sleep. I do not like the cheap straps on the corners you use to wrap under your mattress. I feel like it would work better if it was more like a fitted sheet. We also do like how once you are laying there how hard it is to roll over it move around. It is not comfortable at all to us and wake up every morning with back, neck, or leg pains. I am just not satisfied.
