However, after using it for a month it does have a 'sinking in' feeling. The cushion did help make my firm mattress softer, but hasn't helped my back pains. Unfortunately, this is not returnable.

Well, I bought 2 more, one for the other guest bed and one for us. As a plus I also recd a cooling pillow that I switched out from a special neck pillow I had been trying out. I'm in my 60's and it gives me great support AND keeps me cool when I wake up with the dreaded hot flash. I'm sold!! Thank you Tempurpedic❤️ Happy in 2024

The topper makes the bed a little softer with just the right firmness for a pain-free night of sleep. The cost of the topper was much, much less than the mattress upgrade to a pillow top. Very happy with the topper and the 40% discount on the purchase price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Please be careful to ensure you are getting what you think you are getting with tempur-pedic toppers. They no longer manufacture the one time supportive firm topper. I ordered this topper because we have two previously ordered Tempur-pedic toppers which were exceptional in terms of delivering on comfort promise. I have back issues, and even though I purchased a new mattress, I still find myself in my daughters room, sleeping on her Tempur-pedic topper and decided I should just get a topper for myself. I ordered, what I thought was the same topper it was the top-of-the-line most expensive topper and it was absolutely no comparison to previous toppers we experienced, it provides zero support and has actually caused further injury. Tempur-pedic has admitted that they do not sell that topper but refuses a return. No apologies have been made. my disgust is beyond. I feel these days increasingly there are no protections for consumers.
