Very comfortable. However, I'm a hot night sleeper. This topper makes me hotter almost every night. I ordered it with the cooling cover and still very hot.

After suffering a partial tear in my shoulder tendon, the nights on my pillow top mattress were painful and miserable. My body often ached anyway from an uncomfortable bed, but now I was waking 2-3 times a night in pain. I thought I'd try the Tempur-Pedic topper and actually didn't have any expectations for it. I figured I'd wasted money on other products, so it was worth a try and maybe it would help. It did more than help! When I awaken in the morning, there is zero body stiffness. My painful shoulder does not wake me up at night. Even my senior dog seems to be more comfortable with the support the topper gives him. I can't recommend this product highly enough. I often travel for work and sleep in uncomfortable hotel beds. I now count the minutes until I'm back home to my bed, knowing I'll be getting a good night's rest and a happy body once again.

The only topper worth buying

After years of sleeping on a foam mattress I purchased a mid to high end Sealy hybrid mattress. I found almost immediately that despite the high quality of the mattress that my body wasn't agreeable with the increased firmness. Having tried other toppers (typically gel foam) I came across this and can truthfully say - while it isn't inexpensive, it is worth the price. It provides the comfort i needed and comes with a ten year warranty. I hope to get all ten years or more out of it and next time, will buy a Tempurpedic mattress.
