[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I ordered the new Topper I was expecting it to be the same as our old one... thick and firm. The new version is noticeably thinner and softer. It doesn't seem to dissipate my body heat as well either. Since they don't accept returns we're keeping it, but it's taken some getting used to. I would have appreciated some notification on the site about how different it was before I ordered it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After adding this Topper, the onset of any back pain has been extended greatly. I rarely experience morning back pain any more, and when I do it's usually because I was in bed for 10+ hours.

Not too happy with it because it is much more firm than the standard one we tested in the store. Adding this topper made such a huge difference to our sleep, we both sleep so much better and don't wake up with any pain
