[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was too firm for my wife, she was unable to sleep on it. Called to return it and was told there is a no return policy. I did not see that when buying it, it should have been made more clear because of the price. I exchanged 2 emails with your team, I was left with the feeling they were happy to be able to tell me I was stuck with it so they could close the case. Offered no advice on something we could try to make it more comfortable. So I am left with a 300.00 item sitting in the basement. Will not buy anything else from your company, there are too many other options.

So I decided to purchase the 3 inch Tempur-pedic topper, hoping that this would give the mattress more comfort and boy was that right I laid on this mattress and could not believe how comfortable it felt.

In the first days of use were ready to throw it out due to being too firm, but first we elected to try a mattress topper. I was skeptical and did not believe a topper would hold up under bodyweight and would eventually crush flat on the mattress. We purchased the tempur-adapt topper. The first day we loved it. It provided the perfect cushion between me and the hard mattress. Now weeks later it is still providing that cushion and holds up against that firm mattress.

My husband and I were so excited to try this topper but unfortunately it aggravated our back pain. This topper is too soft if you like firm mattresses. We finally had to remove it from our bed as we couldn't stand our back pain. Unless you specifically want something soft I would advice you stay away from this topper. The quality of it is great but it just didn't have the support we needed.
