Horrible service. Could not find order after billing my cc. Said could not cancel because it was processed. Then wanted me to buy another one so they can credit the first one. Place a complaint with CC and a credit we provided. Took a month to work this out. Will not purchase another product after I have been sleeping on a tempurpedic mattress for years.

We bought the king sized mattress topper after a year of sleeping on an uncomfortable traditional mattress. It has made sleeping so much more comfortable and I wake up refreshed instead of grumpy and in pain. I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited for this product to try to make an older (7y) mattress more comfortable. I left it out in the guest room for four days before I put it on my bed. It had never expanded to the actual size of my bed even when fully expanded. There was so much extra fabric on the cover. Unfortunately, my two pillows (also purchased from Tempurpedic) literally crushed the end of the mattress topper they were on. It was so bad within just a few hours the pillows were sliding into the crack between the headboard and the mattress on an angle. I tried rotating the topper to see if that would help (don't know why) and it did the same thing to the other side. So now I have one of those wedge pillows placed where the mattress topper is crushed under my pillows so I can sleep on my bed. I'm really disappointed because before the pillow crushing fiasco I actually found the mattress to be quite comfortable. I am not a large person either and the rest of the mattress is fine. Just the end with the pillows is messed up. It's not a returnable product so I'm not actually really sure what I'm supposed to do.

This topper added just the right amount of cushion to bring back the support needed for restful nights. Tempurpedic foam is far superior to any on the market in support and comfort. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my goodness...bought two XL Twin Tempur-Adapt Toppers for our King bed and we have had the best sleep in four years! We both felt the huge difference after the first night sleeping on your soft and malleable topper! Our bed is firm which brought on sore shoulders and hips when sleeping on our sides. Not anymore! We are so pleased with the results we have had. Even our pickleball game has improved with better sleep and more fluid motion after a restful night of sleep!
