I did enjoy the first few nights and the added cooler cover is great. But, after those first few nights, I woke up sore, especially in the hips and lower back. I tried the topper for an additional 2 weeks to see if my body would adjust. Alas, the topper is too soft and I continued to wake up in pain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Woke up with no pain!

I have had back issues for years and had a fusion over 7 months ago so I needed a great nights sleep for once. I have a nice mattress from another company but just needs that extra support. I woke up with no pain Anywhere . Now I did get the cooling topper and I have to give that a 1 star. It was pretty hot to sleep on and that was pretty much why I gave this 4 stars. If it could be cooler like it advertises and I spent more money to get that I'd of gave it 5 stars

After sleeping on this topper for 2 weeks I feel like a new man. I suffer from spinal stenosis, bulging discs and I have a plate and 4 screws in my neck. I haven't slept for more than 2 hours straight without waking up in pain for years. I was skeptical at first about spending so much money on a three inch topper thinking that there was no way this was gonna do the trick. Boy have I been surprised ! This topper has done more for me than I ever ever imagined it could. I would always wake up several times a night to change positions because I was in so much pain. I'm a side sleeper and my shoulders, ribs, and hips would hurt so much that it ruined my quality of life day after day after day. After one night on this topper I was amazed. I haven't had any pain whatsoever. Some nights I fall asleep and wake up in the morning in the exact same position that I feel asleep in. This three inch topper along with the cloud pillow that was free with the purchase of this topper has literally given me a new life ! If you are considering buying a topper look no further than this one. It's worth every penny !

Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but these toppers are much to soft for me. My wife seem ok with them but I would prefer to take the off and sleep in the indentation of my older TEMPUR-Pedic mattress.

Perhaps because it's only 3" thick, but this mattress topper is just too soft. As a result, literally every night both top corners of my fitted sheets come undone. Bought this as a test to see if I wanted to invest in a full mattress, but now I'm not sure...

My husband and I both have low back problems. Lying on this mattress topper has enabled us to sleep very comfortably. The only thing we cannot figure out is why this mattress topper keep sliding off to the edge of the bed when we wake up in the morning ?
