I have always wanted to try a Tempur-pedic mattress, and when I saw they were making a mattress topper, I thought I could have the Tempur-pedic quality without having to replace my existing mattress. Boy, were we disappointed! This Tempur-Adapt topper is made of a very low density foam that you sink into very quickly, and that provides no support. We could not get any sleep while trying it out for a week or so, before giving up. Sadly, this company does not take this product back, claiming that it is too personal, so now we not only spent $300+ but have a big piece of useless foam we have to find a way to dispose of.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When I looked, I was surprised that it was a mattress topper! We ordered one for our daughter, whose bed is not the most comfortable. It has made SUCH a difference!

We are so sore after a few months of using this product ! We had to purchase a new sleep number bed . So much pain in our lower back hips and shoulders . We are throwing it in the garbage as soon as our sleep number bed comes . Total waste of good money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Flimsy, too soft (while I love a soft topper), still only about 2.5 inches instead of 3, and poor return policy. When I bought it, the "non-returnable" part was hidden in the Extra Details section (hopefully they'll make it clearer so people don't miss it like I did or have to go searching for it). I'm picky, so I wouldn't have bought it if I had read that part previously. My not-picky husband says the mattress is awful, as well, so I can't even pass it off to him. Oh well, hopefully someone else will benefit from our bad experience!
