First of all it took three days to come to full use. Plus now that we have been sleeping on it for a few days, we have noticed that it doesn't spring back fast. It stays flat for a while. And our bodies have been sore. This pad is much too soft for us. I was hoping that it was as firm as our tempurpedic mattress. If you are looking for a firm topper, this is not it.

First off it arrived balled up in cellophane wrap. Looked like it was returned...no way they would have shipped this in a ball. Second...the cooling sensation only works if you don't use a fitted sheet. Third...I no longer own it...it did not work for me in more ways than one.

The topper is softer than we expected. It has been great for me, but my husband hates it. He finds it get hot at night even though we purchased the additional cooling topper. Every night he wakes up too hot. He Hates the topper. We have a queen bed and do not have room, nor are we interested in a king size bed. Wish there was a good solution for queen size beds to let each sleeper have individual mattress options.
