[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first one I received had a tear in it. Customer service was great and sent out a new one and told me to dispose of the old one. Unfortunately, the product doesn't do any better than a regular piece of economy foam for the bed. Had high hopes but broken backs are hard to please. It is a well-made product and for normal use, it is probably great...my wife likes it a lot.

Friends have this topper and love it! We weren't sleeping as comfortably as we thought we should so thought why not give it a try. Frankly, I thought a topper couldn't make that much difference. Boy, was I wrong! Love the comfort of it and my husband and I are both sleeping much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was planning a trip to visit my daughter and it hit me that there is no way I could sleep on the bed in the spare room. Last time I was there my back hurt all the time , didn't sleep good because I would toss and turn. My son had told me about the mattress topper he had gotten for his bed to help with his siactic nerve pain. I ordered immediately and had it shipped to my daughters house. I have spent 4 weeks there and not one day did my back hurt and I slept so very good No tossing or turning. And the topper I bought came with a pillow which I gave my son-in-law to use because he talked about how neck hurts. Well, after the first week he told me he just realized his neck did not hurt anymore since he started using that pillow. I personably need to get a new mattress for my house but I can't afford the Tempurpedic ones so I will plan to purchase a king size topper. So very impressed with the product and the shipping was quick. Thank You

Tempur Pedic was our top choice and we hoped she would be comfortable as we had bought a mattress that didn't meet our expectations. The topper did the trick!! It went from an average bed to a comfortable night time retreat. The dogs normally sleep in their own bed but since the topper was added they now sleep with my mom lol. My brother also bought one for his bed after hearing my moms results in the improvement of the bed comfort and I'm saving to get one for my bed too! Thanks Tempur Pedic for bringing comfort to an older soul who deserves top comfort quality :)
