Had this product for maybe two years or so and the back pain it causes is unbelievable. In the process of finding a replacement as I body aches so much when I wake up from sleeping on it.

I love my T-P Mattress Topper. My mattress is fairly new but it is just too firm causing me to have serious hip pain. I didn't want to buy a new mattress yet so I purchased the king-sized topper and added cooling. I finally get a good nights sleep without waking up in pain! I may purchase a queen for one of my guest rooms.

I paid an arm and a leg for a Tempur-brand mattress protector because I thought it would fit my mattress and durable and would be covered my warranty. Don't make the same mistake I did!! The mattress protector is poorly designed so it doesn't fit the mattress well and falls off if you turn over at night; after a few years, the materials degrade so it loses any grip that it had. And the ten-year warranty is a lie; they won't replace the product due to it being defective. You'd be much better off getting an off-brand protector with a better design for much cheaper.
