It conforms to your body where you need it. We both sleep like babies and do not disturb each other with movement or my getting out of bed for work early morning! This product probably feels good on a harder surface. But on top of a bed, it feels so soft and like you move around too much on the topper during the night. I can feel my back hurting a bit because it feels too soft and not enough structure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
