A Bed of Regrets

I regret this Tempur-adapt purchase. It feels like laying in a bath of hot wet gooey cement. Hot (did I mention hot?), uncomfortable, and no support. No return policy. If this is the gateway to the top end mattresses and materials, I am turning around. What is frustrating is we spent triple what I usually would for a topper expecting the promises to be true on the website of great performance. We have to discard it and I cannot understand the 4+ star rating. I don't have words how strongly disappointing this is. A cheaper topper is better...the cardboard delivery box would be better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third time I've tried to leave a review so let's see if they will actually approve a 1 star review or if they just keep filtering them. This is the lowest quality "mattress topper" I've ever owned. It's just piece of thin material that mushes down with a slight touch, nevermind with a human sleeping on it. It caused me terrible back pain in just a few days of using. Since they don't take returns of this and it turned out to be such poor quality, I would not recommend this product.
