[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like a hard mattress, but our most recent one was a little spartan for me, and was hard to get comfortable on. I bought this topper in the hopes it would make the bed more comfortable. It definitely did. The mattress still feels firm, but now it has a comfy soft top; I sleep well on it and would highly recommend it. Only thing is it is tall, so you might need deeper pocket sheets.

I was hoping for something more firm because my mattress is too soft right now, unfortunately this hasn't helped with my back pain but if you like feeling cocooned by your mattress this is a good choice.

It came with a beautiful covering and was very easy to put on my bed, even though I'm elderly and not very strong.
