[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sleep on a twin bed up against a wall and the topper moves a lot. I need to keep adjusting it on the bed. This is annoying for me, I assumed it would stay in place. This is a problem most I assume will not experience. I think it may happen because I sleep up against the wall but at this high price for me it's not worth it. The lower cost toppers do the same thing that's why a bought this one, thought it would not happen. It is comfortable when it not sliding off the mattress. I does definitely help with joint comfort! Shoulders and hips feel much better on the topper than just the mattress. I would not by again but I would recommend to try it and see if it works for you.

The topper shifts every night. There is an overhang on the side and at the top. I have almost fallen because there is an overhang and i slide off the bed. I have to lift the topper to put it back in place so I start ny day with a back ache. Very sorry I bought it and upset that I can't return it. Temourpedic should indicate it does not work well with adjustable base.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super comfortable and really helped with pain in my back and shoulders. But the one issue I have is that it holds a lot of heat. It's noticeably hotter to sleep on vs my older tempur mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was advertised as 3 inch. It is really only 2 1/2 inch. Seems professionally made. Have not been able to sleep on it for more than 10 minutes without causing pain to my back which then continues. Not sure why. Maybe if it were thicker, it would provide me with more comfort. Does seem on the firm side. Has not turned out to be a good investment for me. Will have to keep looking for a suitable topper. Tried to call the company but person I spoke to was not helpful. Seemed not to know what he was talking about. Was not willing/able to direct me to someone else so I guess you could say I got little support. They should really advertise it as a 2 1/2 inch topper or actually provide a 3 inch topper. Cover is part polyester which is not as helpful as cotton in ensuring topper breathes. Great disappointment.

I am amazed by my Fitbit watch, that calculates my sleep patterns. Even my breathing /oxygen levels have improved. I do wish I ordered the one that keeps you cooler but I was not sure of what to exspect with this product! It is thick and not flimsy. Amazing product at a great price! There is nothing negative to say about this topper. I tossed out my old one that can not compare to this product!

Too Soft and Can't Return

I bought this topper to help with some neck pain, but it was too soft and didn't provide enough support. Because it's so soft and not connected to the mattress beneath, it caves in in the middle and the sides do not remain flush with the sides of the mattress below (essentially it goes from "-" to "v"). The result is that the fitted sheet constantly bunches up and comes detached from the mattress beneath and becomes a nuisance when sleeping. The fact that you cannot return toppers is not clear; the language stating that you can't return them is at the bottom of the page and buried in the return policy page (you have to go searching for it). Additionally, the confirmation email states the regular 90 day return policy and there's no language that states you can't return toppers. Had I known, I would not have bought this product. Customer Service was not helpful in remedying the situation.
