I love soft beds, but I felt like I was in a hammock. It would be fine if it was 1 or 2 inches, but the 3 inches makes you sink and feel like you have no support. Unfortunately they have a no return policy. Beware

For me I no longer have aches when I wake up which includes arms because I sleep in my side. I would have rated this a 5 but I feel like it sleeps really hot. It not perfect but it is a good improvement and works well. I hope they resolve the issue with the product being so hot. Overall a good purchase.
