Sleeping on an old uncomfortable mattress was leaving me with sore spots each morning and disrupting my sleep at night. The topper really helped and I'm planning to buy one for all of my beds at home. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because I wish it was just a little thicker, but overall it was a great purchase that allowed me to wake and care for my Dad in at home hospice with more strength and patience after a better night's sleep.
