The topper folds in on itself when we lay on it causing a crease, and sinks down to the mattress we attempted to cover. We have a king topper over a 1-year old mattress. I'm 120 lbs and my husband is 200 lbs. Unfortunately, it's not possible to return a topper. Not sure what's different from returning a mattress; they both have sheet protection and covers. Do not buy this unless you've tested the product and can make a decision before spending hundreds of dollars.

The ones in the past always gave me back problems but with the quality memory foam inherent in this product, I've been pain free! P.S. If you are a person that cuddles and is used to your arm falling asleep due to someone being on top of it, with this product it's just deep enough to be totally fine!
