Awful smell

I let the topper air out for four days and thought that would be enough...(I've owned toppers by other brands and none of them took this long to stop smelling). I tried to sleep on it, and it still smells terrible. I'm very disappointed, and I don't know why this topper is so expensive or claims to be the best one out there, when other toppers to not out gas this badly or for this amount of time. Do not recommend.

Over soft to much too hard.

This is the first time I've ever been compelled to write a product review. Over the first two months this topper went from softer than we would want to far too hard. Both my wife and I started having hip pain from sleeping on our sides and back pain from trying to avoid the hip pain. This topper was purchased because the Nectar mattress we purchased did the same thing. It seemed like a quality product but it's cost a lot due to waking up exhausted for weeks. I've already purchased a replacement from another company. Because they don't offer returns the best use I have for this topper is to cut it into a replacement dog bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good price/fast delivery. I bought this because I was waking up sore every morning on the side I sleep on. Solved this issue immediately. It is like sleeping on a firm cloud, if clouds were firm and one could sleep on a cloud. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it is hot. I knew that it would be, so am not faulting the product, but hope they can come up with a cooling topper.
