The product itself is OK. However, mine arrive with a sizable dark brown stain on it(about 4 inches). Tried to clean it off but doesn't seem to come off. Might be some kid of oil or dirt.

I'm a heavy person and this mattress topper does not work for me. My actual mattress is very firm so it's fine, but this topper doesn't offer any support whatsoever. I did my research but at the end of the day, I decided to gamble and buy a famous brand. Sadly, that gamble did not pay off. Sadly of course, I cannot return this. Be very mindful when shopping. Also, this topper IS very hot. Best to upgrade with the cooling option.

Tried tempur pedic beds in the store, and as you lay there the pressure points sink in, while the rest of you is supported. Felt good. Was hoping this 3" topper would be the same, perhaps make a new but a bit to firm mattress feel better. And it did. For about a week. Then the topper started to break down. After 4 weeks there was no support what so ever. By the time morning rolled around where I laid was flat as a pancake, perhaps half inch thick. Had about as much support as a sponge. Glad I didn't spend the money on a full size bed. Should add, I'm 6' 0" tall and weigh 200lbs, so don't think that should have been a factor. Very disappointed.

extremely comfortable and i slept better in the winter. sadly, as the weather has warmed up, i'm talking 60's in so-cal, i don't sleep well because of the heat from the pad.

Arrived fast, service was good. Unfortunately it makes me very sore and I can not sleep on it. When I wake up my shoulder and hip are killing me. I bought it because my lower back was hurting, it did not help my back and added the other sore areas.

I purchased a TEMPUR-Topper to place on top of my older TEMPUR Pedic mattress. I was told on the phone by a Tempur Pedic sales person that this would help my mattress and make it feel firmer. I've tried this for a while now and it has made my sleeping experience worse than before. The bed is very saggy now resulting in lower back pain and neck pain :(

This topper is hard as concrete. It actually makes a thud when I climb on. Then I immediately start to sink like quicksand. Once embedded, I can barely change position and particularly, cannot roll over. A side sleeper, I have to struggle to change sides. The pain of rolling up out of the ditch the topper makes makes me wonder if I am going to crack a vertebrae while doing so. No wonder this place does not take refunds. This was a very expensive mistake and a shame to have to just throw it out but it's impossible to sleep on. The only positive thing I can say is there was little outgassing.

Good for side sleeping, but otherwise not very supportive

When it warms up it becomes too soft and it no longer provides that initial "tempur" supportive feel. Put it on a very firm bed, but after adding this it was way too soft for anything but side sleeping. When it was still cold at night this was nice and supportive for a bit when going to bed, but now in late spring / early summer it's always soft.
