Despite my hopes this product has not helped my back issue. I had had tempur pedic mattress for 13 mattress years and to be expected the foam and mattress aged with time. I bought this to provide back support to alleviate pain, but it is no comparison to another topper I bought. It does not conform to support my issue. It says medium firmness and I would say it is firm. I thought I had just grown used to my old mattress but after 60 days I am stopping use. Hope this product works for others.

The Temper-topper is too soft and during the night when you sleep it's make the bad cover come out to the bed every time when sleep. After sleep in this bed you will wake up with a bit pain in ur back which is make my back tired form this.

The mattress topper is fine in general, but is making us way too hot and sweaty at night. The super soft cushioning is not supportive enough and my husband has a difficult time rolling over because he sinks so far down. We would return it if we could.

We unzipped the cover to inspect the topper and found tears in the foam and a couple of large spots where the top layer was ripped off. We have travel plans and decided to make do with it. The cover is good.

Topper added more thickness but did not solve raised ribs running across top to bottom of mattress. Added topper thickness made it more difficult to get in mattress. Great disappointment trying solve problems with defective base mattress. Strongly customer should not listen to recommendation of your Customer Service

You know how one's hand (body) sinks into a Tempur-Pedic bed including the toppers. Leaving an imprint? The topper we bought did that for about 3 months. Then, it just became another soft piece of sponge. Highly recommend one avoid these toppers.
