I don't normally post on social media about these kinds of things but I'm so mad! We've purchased 3 toppers from Tempur --- all three used in the same location. The first one lasted 4 years, the second one 2 1/2 years (both really helped relieve back, hip and shoulder pain), the third less than 2 months is already no longer supportive and causing pain in back, hip and pain. Their quality has gone down so much and even though I contacted support they refuse to do any thing! I used to love their product...now, I do NOT recommend them at all and am telling all my friends and family about it.

Ordered full size topper. It isn't comfortable at all. Sinks in the middle. Foam in topper seems like cheap foam. Nothing special at all. Nothing at all like the material in the king size tempurpedic I had for 20 years.

I was so pleased with this topper at first, but within six months, it had already softened to the point of no longer being comfortable. What a waste of a not insignificant amount of money.

I had high hopes for this mattress topper, given its claims of temperature control, but found that I slept hotter in it. Additionally, it caused the return of my lower back problems (absent for the past 12 years, and now recurring despite no longer using the pad).

Bothersome Odor, Smells Bad

If you are sensitive to smells at all, I would not recommend this topper. I aired it out on the balcony for 6 days and the smell is still bothersome. I am very disappointed that Tempur-pedic does not stand behind their products and has no satisfaction guarantee.
