Too hot

I give it a 3 because I find it isn't cooling as described. I find I'm uncomfortably sweating more days than not and have considered putting it on my spare bed. It is comfortable other than that issue.

I'd give it 5 stars if it didn't slip off the bed daily. It's a real pain having to reposition the topper constantly. Great to sleep on if it would stay put. Hopefully something can be done to fix this problem.

Mattress topper w/ washable cover

Comfortable, but sleeps hot. I washed the cover for mattress topper according to instructions, but the topper didn't fit back on properly. Seems that regardless the cover shrinks a small amount, which makes the topper ends curls up due to topper not fitting back in.

More firm than I wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While it has a nice feel after it warms up with your body heat, it's a lot more firm than I was hoping for. It does keep us cool at night though!! I would recommend this to someone looking for a firm feel. We're looking into just buying the mattress at this point.

I loved the way this topper felt and I was so excited about it. I even bought the version with the cooling cover, but I feel like I'm on fire every morning when I wake up. In fact, the heat generated from this topper sometimes even wakes me up in the middle of the night! I have taken it off my bed and will use it for when I have company if they need a place to crash. I'm disappointed, but it would've cost too much to send it back so I'm keeping it.

This topper does not work for me at all. My hips and low back start to hurt as soon as I lay down on it. I slept on it for 11 days in my camping trailer, and I could not wait to get home and sleep in my bed. I am looking into whether or not I can return it. I believe there is a 90 day return policy.

I purchased this in hopes of adding another layer to my adjustable bed. I wish I had read the reviews because of some of the same challenges such as sheets not staying in place and the topper bunching/sinking in the middle. The cooling cover and softness of the topper make it difficult at times to get out of the bed. I love the cooling concept but now may have to invest in another product.
