[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've ordered two toppers in the last year. They are good quality but you never know what firmness level you will get. I got one firm which I like but the second was soft which I don't like. I wish that Tempurpedic would allow a choice of firmness in toppers but they don't.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It makes your actual mattress better and softer, I'd recommend that your mattress is medium or firm and not soft, because then there is not much difference, you would be just adding more height to it.
