[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to sleep with 2 and sometimes 3 pillows under my knee to support my back so that I would not wake up in pain. I've slept like that for the last 3 years. Just for fun, I tried without pillows once we got our topper, no pain. Tried it again, no pain. Nearly a month later, no pillows under my knees, flat on my back or on my side and I get excellent sleep with no pain. My wife also says she can feel a difference in her back and prefers it. I will purchase again once this wears out!

After a week, the density was lessened under the location of sleepers. Each week I rotate the product so that the indentations are lessened. I am disappointed in this product. I purchased it because of the Temper-Pedic name.
