The topper arrived well packaged, and in a timely manner. Since I knew how thick it was and that it was made with a quality product, I wasn't surprised that it was a bit heavy. Knowing it could be awkward to manage by myself, I placed on top of the bed to unpackaged and roll it out where it would be the easiest. After unrolling it, it wasn't long before the topper took shape perfectly. This topper purchase was no mistake, as it has made a very uncomfortable and hard mattress a real pleasure to sleep on. My husband and I are farmers in our early 60s, and believe me, a comfortable bed to pile down on at night is very important to us; it makes all the difference in how we perform the next day. A great product!

I don't buy anything these days that doesn't come with a guaranty. I got the cooling topper and I'm not kidding when I say it's a game changer! The main reason I wanted to try it was because I have constant hip pain even with regular chiropractor visits. This topper is just firm enough yet molds to my body for a lighter than air feeling. I sleep without pain which means longer, deeper sleep and it's helped tremendously with my lower back and eliminated night sweats! I have already convinced a friend to purchase it as result of my constant raving about how much I love it!

The topper was great just the right amount of softness and support. As a side benefit it relieved some mild nagging hip pain. Fits the queen size bed perfectly but.... it has a tendency to shift on the mattress requiring weekly repositioning.... tried several covers but did not reduce the slippage. However the comfort far out weighs the need to realign.

I purchased my TEMPUR-Topper because I wanted something to ease the firmness of my mattress, but it doesn't do much to soften my bed. It reminds me of cake icing. When you lie down it feels like you're breaking through the icing. You sink a little, but overall it's a hard surface. I put the 1.5" topper I had been using before on top of it, but that's not as cool as the TT, so I just purchased a padded mattress cover to put over the TT...$65. Not much of a deal when you add the cost of the TT. If this keeps up it will be like the princess and the pea on a stack of mattress toppers. Disappointing.
