[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a topper that was firm as I need support for my low back. This topper is very squishy and hot to boot. I tried to return it but was told their is a no return policy on their toppers. I would not recommend this topper.

We have both been sleeping better and I find I have a little less back pain. We pulled it out of the packaging and shook it out to get the creases out and was able to sleep on it within hours. We have gotten all sorts of mattress toppers throughout the years and this is by far the best one for comfort and better sleep.

Good quality topper but doesn't quite cover my mattress

Luckily, my wife doesn't want one, otherwise we'd have to choose whether to have a gap between the toppers and having the toppers not quite reach the edges of the mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product shipped quickly and in a condensed easy to transport box. There wasn't a toxic smell, like you get with some memory foam. I could use in a couple of hours, although it was almost at full size in less than that. It is very comfortable and like makes your old mattress like new. It saved me the cost of purchasing a new mattress and am so happy with my purchase.

Great topper if you have a good supportive level underneath.

I have an older Tempur-Pedic mattress and when opening the zip cover, you will find a similar or the same top layer. What you miss is all of the thicker supportive foam layers underneath. If you have a firm and supportive layer, this is an enhancement/upgrade; but if you do not, the changes are minor since your largest/heaviest parts will still sink into the bottom layer's support. This is likely the case for those reviews indicating sleep issues with this product.
