Diminished (sometimes absent) lower back pain and (probably) less movement at night since adding the topper (medium hardness) to my well maintained but slightly sagging 20 YO mattress.

Purchased the topper to see if it would alleviate by hip pain. Wanted to try this first before spending thousands for a new bed. I really has helped ease my hip pain and other aching joints. My complaint and the reason for only 4 vs 5 stars is that is does shift around on top of the mattress. This is annoying because every week I need to shift it around a bit. If it would stay in place it would be perfect.

It gives support and comfort as if you could afford it and I feel that it transforms our old mattress into something more special. Of course I wish it was more affordable, but I never regretted the purchase. One day I hope to be able to have a real mattress.
