You just need to put straps or clips on the corners to keep the topper from sliding off the mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a pretty cheap box mattress that I repurposed from a guest room when I downsized. I added the topper and it made a HUGE difference in my comfort by adding it. Less aches and pains and sleep much better as well. The only thing i would knock is that it gets shifted around sometimes. Would be nice if it had some way to secure it in place.

It definitely feels great to lay down on at the end of every day. However, because the mattress underneath it isn't the best, I still wake up with similar aches as before if I have a bad sleep. That being said, I do enjoy this product.

It's the most uncomfortable mattress topper I've ever used and I've been refused a refund "due to the personal nature of the product". Doesn't make a whole lot of sense when the mattress has a return/refund policy and they are used for the same thing. Stay away from this topper.
