Product is still a little soft from my liking but firms up after lying on for a minute. Not exactly like sleeping on a cloud ! Having a small lower back ache not as much as before I purchase topper.

I was having a lot of hip pain and I'm having significant less issues with it since getting this topper. I really want a tempurpedic mattress but not an option right now and this definitely is a close second to that. I've had toppers in the past and they don't even come close to the quality and comfort this does!

Rather than return it, we bought a temperpedic topper and it has made all the difference. Both firm and soft, this topper has made a big difference in comfort. I got the topper which has helped with the joint pain but it's almost too soft for my needs. I think a temperpedic mattress that is a bit more firm would be the best. Next time
