We were disappointed that it wasn't the product we expected. We wanted it to really firm our mattress. While it is soft and comfy, we wanted a much more firm topper.

This pad makes the experience completely different in that i wake up feeling well rested and pain free. You sink in a little bit and feel like you are on a cloud. My favorite part is when you move around in the bed or get in or out, the only movement is from your own body. The coolness was less than I expected but it's certainly better than my previous mattress. I could not be happier with this purchase!

I have owned this topper for about two years now and can honestly say it is the best thing I've ever done for my sleep. For a while I was suffering from hip pain whenever I would lay on my side and it would make laying down in bed extremely uncomfortable. I purchased this topper hoping it would alleviate some of the pain and oh my gosh did it help. Every time I get into bed it feels like I'm sinking into a cloud. Like sugar melting on your tongue. I am now very pregnant and don't even need a pregnancy pillow to get a comfortable sleep. If you're able to, also get the pillow that comes with the mattress topper it is a game changer and no one else is ever allowed to use my pillow. I'd give this 10 stars if I could.
