I've noticed I've been sleeping better since I've had it. Would recommend for a better night's sleep. Only delta is it's hard to move on it but that doesn't affect getting a restful sleep.

I used to get up earlier than I wanted to so I would stop hurting. Now I don't want to get out of bed. I only have a Tempurpedic mattress topper, I can't imagine how comfortable a Tempurpedic mattress would be.
